Macaroni Grill – Downtown Portland

After the economic recession of 2008, my temporary employment became a longer-term career path.

While working at Macaroni Grill and attending college, I made sure to apply my design skills wherever I could in this structured corporate environment.

My design solutions were especially useful in the catering department, where promotional materials were absent. My efforts helped raise the restaurant’s bottom line in tough economic times as well as increasing my own income.

Along the way, I started to fall in love with wine and teach others the basics.
